I usually stay away from “all purpose” things because I think it’s not going to be effective in any specific way but the All Purpose Salve not only keeps the skin where my eczema is the worst smooth and moisturized but also stays on longer than most other products I’ve tried. I love that there is no overwhelming smell (perfumey or otherwise) so that I can apply it before bedtime and not smell up my sheets and give me a headache.
